Copycat Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies

Am I the only one that can’t afford $4 cookies regularly? Yeah, didn’t think so. Look, we all know that Crumbl cookies are delicious, but I also know that my wallet would probably cry if I got them on the reg. Anywho, I love the Crumbl Chocolate Chip cookies so I thought I’d give it a try myself, you guys get to reap the benefits ;).

How to Make Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies:

First things first, preheat oven to 375° F. Add 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cup cake flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp baking soda to a medium sized mixing bowl and mix.

Add 1 cup butter, 1 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar to an electric mixer (I used my Cuisinart) and mix. Then add 2 eggs and 1 tbls vanilla extract and mix her again. Add the flour mixture slowly, until it’s all combined. It should look like this ↓

Then add 2-3 cups of MILK chocolate chips and mix. Trust me, the milk chocolate makes alllllll the difference.

I use a 1/3 cup to scoop out the dough. This is the kinda tricky part, you want to roll the dough into a ball and then rip it in half and smoosh the two halves together with the jagged side facing up. If this is at all confusing, check out my video about this recipe on my Instagram account 🙂

Cook for 12-17 min. Then leave them on the pan for 10 minutes to finish cooking, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. The final product ↓
