These white chocolate sprinkle cookies are fun and delicious, perfect for a birthday party or just to add a pop of color to your day! Fun to make in the summer especially!
How to Make White Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies:
I always start by preheating the oven to 325° F and getting the electric mixer out. You can do this by hand but it’s just harder. If you do it by hand, I recommend melting the butter before mixing.
Combine without shifting the flour, baking soda and salt into a medium sized bowl.
Cream the butter and sugars in the electric mixer until light. You want it to look a little bit fluffy and completely incorporated.
Next you’ll want to beat in the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla until smooth. Funny thing is, this is the same recipe as my chocolate chip cookies! Just switched out the semi-sweet chips for some white chocolate and sprinkles!
Add the dry ingredients in stages, then add the sprinkles and chocolate chips. Your dough should look like this ↓
Now I add the dough by the tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. I used an ice cream scooper so all my cookies were perfectly shaped.
Cook for approx. 14 minutes and take off of the baking sheet immediately to cool on cooling rack.
And your done baking your white chocolate sprinkle cookies!
Happy Baking!
