These banana muffins are perfect for a Sunday morning or a Friday night, if that makes sense. They are very versatile muffins. Not to mention, they’re delicious and easy, every baker’s dream.
How to Make these Banana Muffins:
Now, add 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt to the bowl and mix. Last but not least, add 3/4 cup chocolate chips. It should look like this combined ↓
Then, fill a cupcake try with liners, or you can just grease it up. I use a 1/4 cup to scoop out the dough. Once all the liners are filled, sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top of the muffins, it adds a lil more chocolate and it makes ’em cuter ;). Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when it’s stuck in.
