Ok so about these peanut butter cookies… they’re delicious. If you love peanut butter you will LOVE these yummy peanut butter cookies. They are the perfect combination of peanuty flavor and sweetness.
I heard that they sell something like this at Disneyland and even saw some recipes saying they’re Disneyland copycats, but I just know them as peanut butter cookies!
How to Make Peanut Butter Cookies:
Once that’s creamy, add your eggs and vanilla and mix. In a separate bowl, put your flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Slowly combine the dry ingredients to the wet until fully combined.
Then add your peanut butter chips! I get the Reese’s kind.
When it’s all combined it should look like this…
Grab the dough using an ice cream scooper and roll between your hands into a circular shape.
Drop the dough ball in sugar until it’s completely covered in sugar. Place the dough ball on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and then using the palm of your fingers press down on the cookie till it’s relatively flat. I have a Instagram and TikTok video on this for a clearer look at what I mean!
Bake these babies for about 11 minutes or until the middle isn’t off colored-you’ll see what I mean when you bake them.
Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before you move them onto a wire rack!
Happy Baking!!
